  • Unused and in original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Hygiene products: For items like underwear and swimwear, the hygiene sticker (if applicable) must remain intact, and items must have been tried on over undergarments.
  • Complete sets: Matching sets (e.g., two-piece outfits) must be returned in their entirety.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Lingerie, tights, socks, and certain accessories (belts, bags, and shoes are returnable).
    • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased solely with store credit are non-returnable.
    • Items damaged due to use, improper washing, self-repairs, alterations, or other human factors.
    • Items with loose threads, rough edges, fabric texture differences, or color variations due to screen settings are not considered defective.
  • Returns due to personal preference (style, color, size) or incorrect size selection are not considered quality issues. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing.

    Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours. If your request is approved, we’ll provide a return form and instructions for the return address. Do not send your package to the sender’s address on the packaging without our instructions.
  4. Package your return:
    Complete the return form and include it in the box with the items being returned. Ensure the items meet the conditions above and are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Ship your package:

  • Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrectly delivered items. For customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, we can provide a prepaid return label upon request; these costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective items: If an item is defective, include photos of the defect in your email to info@melovo-fashion.com (mailto:info@melovo-fashion.com). We’ll review the issue and offer a suitable solution (refund or replacement).
  • Order changes and cancellations: Changes to orders (e.g., size, color, style) are not possible after the order is placed.   • Orders in transit: If your order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. You can return the item after receipt following the steps above.
